Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of T-Minus Zero ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

Supabase Auth stores your credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime online from your account billing page (Account > Billing > "Cancel subscription") or via the Stripe billing portal.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Acceptable Use

No misuse, reverse engineering, scraping beyond rate limits, or interfering with availability. Do not attempt to bypass subscription entitlements.

Data Sources

Launch data provided by The Space Devs (LL2). No government endorsement is implied.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse rate limits, notifications, or ads.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (to be finalized with counsel).
