Dedicated rideshare flight to a mid-inclination orbit with dozens of small microsatellites and nanosatellites for commercial and government customers.
SpaceX is targeting Monday, October 19 for a Falcon 9 launch of the Bandwagon-5 rideshare mission to orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The one-hour window opens at 6:30 a.m. ET. If needed, there is a backup opportunity on Tuesday, October 20 with the same window.
A live webcast of this mission will begin about 15 minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX .
This will be the 19th flight of the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-9, RRT-1, Firefly Blue Ghost Mission 1, Fram2, SXM-10, MTG-S1, EchoStar XXV, SXM-11, and now 10 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Space Exploration Technologies Corp., known as SpaceX, is an American aerospace manufacturer and space transport services company headquartered in Hawthorne, California. It was founded in 2002 by entrepreneur Elon Musk with the goal of reducing space transportation costs and enabling the colonization of Mars. SpaceX operates from many pads, on the East Coast of the US they operate from SLC-40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and historic LC-39A at Kennedy Space Center. They also operate from SLC-4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, usually for polar launches. Another launch site is being developed at Boca Chica, Texas.

A launch-area reference planning index. Use your location for a viewpoint-specific result.
The overall score remains 24/100. Plausible route-and-time scenarios span 0–37/100. This range measures model sensitivity; it is not a probability or percent chance.
This is a planning index, not a percent chance. Higher means the modeled viewing setup is stronger.
If needed, your browser asks permission only after you choose this. The launch-area result is not a forecast for your viewpoint.
This score uses a modeled ascent corridor rather than an exact mission path. The overall viewing setup remains useful; direction and timing are approximate.

This outlook evaluates whether a broad, sunlit ascent plume could stand out. It does not yet predict whether a specific vehicle will produce one, and an unfavorable plume outlook does not mean the rocket itself will be invisible.
